I am a registered nutritionist (sports & exercise) with a BSc (hons) degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Surrey University. I am a member of the Nutrition Society, the Association for Nutrition and the Guild of Health Writers.
I run my own nutrition consultancy; and have extensive experience working with elite athletes from club to international level. I have published 26 nutrition books on nutrition and fitness, including The Complete Guide to Sports Nutrition, written numerous articles for magazines, presented on courses at conferences and appeared on TV and radio programmes.
When it comes to health and fitness, I definitely practice what I preach! As a former British bodybuilding champion (natural), I continue to stay fit with Ashtanga yoga, swimming and gym and studio training.
